Culture Galore is an outdoor multicultural festival held at Ray Blank Park, in Ilam. In 2015 this event was held on Saturday 7 March, at Ray Blank Park from 12 - 4pm.

About the festival
Culture Galore celebrates our city’s diversity with food, art, crafts and music and dance performances from more than 80 cultures who call Christchurch home. The event takes place in the lead-up to Race Relations Day on 21 March.
Culture Galore is organised by Christchurch City Council Recreation Unit staff, and is funded by the Fendalton/Waimairi and Riccarton/Wigram Community Boards.
Performances and activities
Culture Galore includes cultural performances and demonstrations, ethnic food stalls, arts and crafts for sale and fun activities for the whole family.
In 2015 stage performances included traditional Korean, Latin, Russian, Cambodian, Mexican, Japanese, Filipino, Indian, Fijian, Nigerian and Indonesian music and dance.
