The Little River Service Centre will have reduced hours and library services while Christchurch City Council upgrades the building during February.
Access and services will be disrupted at times while the building has repair work between 5 February and 26 February. The repairs include the windows being replaced, painting, new blinds and essential plumbing work.
- On Monday 5 February, the building is open but will not be accessible via ramp.
- There will be no library services available from Wednesday 7 February to Saturday 17 February.
There will be limited customer services and NZ Post services available from 8.30am to 10am daily, then the building will be closed for the remainder of the day.
- There will be no library services available between Monday 12 February and Friday 16 February, but customer service hours will continue as usual.
- From Monday 19 February to Monday 26 February, full services resume although there may be some minor final work completed during this time.
Library items can be returned to any library in our network. Reserved items will be made available at Te Hāpua: Halswell Centre unless otherwise requested.
