My Vaccine Pass – Assistance at the library

Once you are fully vaccinated, you can access the Ministry of Health My Covid Record website and make a My Health Account. This will allow you to see your vaccination status and request a vaccination pass (My Vaccine Pass).

Your My Vaccine Pass will include your name, date of birth, and a QR code. You can save your Vaccine Pass on a digital device, such as your phone, or print a physical copy.

If you have an email address (that only you use), a password to access your email, and proof of identity, then Library staff can assist you to access the Ministry of Health website, and advise you how to print your Vaccine Pass at the end of the process. Many libraries are busy assisting customers with this, so you may have to wait for help.

Pharmacies that are providing COVID-19 vaccinations can also help you request and print a pass or certificate. Confirm in advance that they can help and bring your NHI number along when you pop in.
