• Multiple entries are permitted. Each image must be described separately.
• Copies of the photograph entries may be displayed at Christchurch City Library sites and on Christchurch City Library websites.
• Photos will be transferred to discoverywall.nz for display. Entering the photo hunt gives permission for photos to be published under the licence Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) where applicable. • Entries that do not have full contact details in entry forms may not be considered.
• All winners will be notified by telephone and/or email.
• By entering, all entrants consent to their names and images being used for reasonable publicity purposes by Christchurch City Libraries.
• The decision of Christchurch City Libraries is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By contributing photographs you are claiming to have the right to do so, either by having copyright over them, permission from the copyright holder or the image is out of copyright.
• Christchurch City Libraries will not be responsible for any breaches of copyright or privacy that may occur.
• Christchurch City Libraries’ reserve the right not to display all entries.
• Employees of Christchurch City Council and their immediate families may submit entries for the purpose of adding to the online photograph collection, but will not be eligible to win any prizes that may be offered.
