Layout changes at Papanui Service Centre

The Papanui Service Centre will soon become a one-stop shop for people wanting to post letters and pay bills.

The Papanui Service Centre is becoming a full agent for NZ Post, with the introduction of bill payment services. This means from Thursday 18 July you will be able to pay select bills at the centre, including power and phone, vehicle licensing and finance repayments. This follows on from the postal services introduced in February.

In order to accommodate the improved services, and to align with our citizen hub strategy, we need to make layout changes to the customer services area.

From Monday 10 June, customer services and NZ Post postal functions will be relocated to the boardroom at Papanui Library. The improved customer services desk will reopen to the public in its normal location from Monday 15 July with the new bill payment services operating from Thursday 18 July.

We look forward to offering this upgraded service to the Papanui community.
