- The South Mobile van service visits various locations.
- The temporary Beckenham Customer Service Hub is open at Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre, 75 Lyttelton Street, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
