Venues can cater for a huge range of indoor and outdoor events with 272 bookable spaces and places, including Libraries’ meeting rooms, AV studios and creative spaces. From seminars to music recording, community gatherings to book clubs, we can host them all - and with our new website, booking is a breeze.

Casual Bookings Update
Casual bookings are currently available only until 31 December 2025.

Fendalton Library
Bookings for the meeting rooms at the Fendalton Library and Service Centre are managed by the Community Governance Team. Please phone 03 941 5325 to make a booking. The meeting rooms are available for bookings Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. All three rooms have a screen for audiovisual display within the room.
The capacity of the rooms are:
- Boardroom – 40 people
- Meeting Room One – 20 people
- Meeting Room Two – 10 people
