Index New Zealand (INNZ) contains abstracts and descriptions of articles from approximately 1000 publications from the 1950s up to 21 June 2024. Since September 2007 the indexing team created abstracts in both te reo Māori and English for its descriptions of articles written in te reo Māori. Subjects covered on INNZ include general interest material, social research, the environment, science, agriculture, current affairs, the arts and humanities. While indexing ceased on 21 June 2024, there is still a wealth of information available in INNZ
