The Ray Bradbury Award for Outstanding Dramatic Presentation is voted on, and presented by, active members of Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, Inc. as part of the The Nebula Awards® weekend. It was permanently added to the award line-up in 2000 although screen writing had been irregularly awarded earlier - the Internet Movie Database lists earlier nominees and winners.
