Fingertip Library hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 5pm Saturday.
LiveOnline hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9.30am to 5pm Saturday - If your request is a bit more involved you can ask us your question using our online form. Our Fees and Charges page has more information on the cost of research consultations that take longer.
