Librarians are research specialists. If you need help with some research:

  • Call us or use our LiveOnline chat service
    Fingertip Library hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 5pm Saturday.
    LiveOnline hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9.30am to 5pm Saturday
  • If your request is a bit more involved you can ask us your question using our online form. Our Fees and Charges page has more information on the cost of research consultations that take longer.
