Christchurch Photo Hunt

Christchurch City Libraries has run a Photo Hunt since 2008. This year’s theme is Plains, Port Hills & Peninsula – Finding our way. Entries open on Sunday 1 October and close on Tuesday 31 October, and can be submitted at any of our libraries or online.

Entries will be added to online digital repository, Kete Christchurch.
Christchurch City Libraries' Photo Hunt is part of Beca Heritage Week, which returns from 13 to 23 October in Christchurch and Banks Peninsula.

We invite people to enter images of people and places that capture a moment from Canterbury's past, whether it's a building or favourite haunt, a family outing, or much loved vista.

Winners in each category will be announced on 1 December.

How to enter

Photographs may be dropped off at any library during October. Download an entry form, pick one up at our libraries, or enter online.
