Beca Heritage Week took place from 14 to 24 October 2016. The theme was "Hidden histories - Our stories unearthed”.
Christchurch Photo Hunt
During the month of October Christchurch City Libraries ran its annual heritage image photo competition, this year with the theme ‘Hidden histories — Our stories unearthed’.
Entries were added to online digital repository, Kete Christchurch.
Library events during Beca Heritage Week
During Heritage Family Day and Christchurch Arts Centre visitors enjoyed library heritage items on display and learned about our annual Photo Hunt.
Library staff hosted a very special storytimes session filled with classic stories, rhymes and songs aboard the Botanic Gardens Caterpillar.
