The iconostasis of St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church which separates the sanctuary from the nave. The church, situated at 297 Brougham Street, Sydenham, was consecrated in 1963 and continues to serve the Russian Orthodox community in Christchurch under the care of Father Valentin Basiuk.
