Want to have a meeting or an event? Find out about the meeting rooms and bookable spaces in libraries and learning centres.

Room hire applications are processed Monday - Friday.  Please apply with at least 72 hours notice prior to booking start time.

Find out about Tūranga's bookable spaces.

Rooms include a community arena (with kitchenette), a medium-sized space, four small meeting rooms and an AV studio. These spaces are bookable and available to the public and community groups.
