This resource list covers sources of information on the men and women who served in New Zealand forces during the First World War.

Included are resources on service records, rolls of honour, family information, medals and awards. There are also sources on the history of the war, the battles in which New Zealanders took part, the New Zealand regiments involved, and war memorials. The sources listed include books, pamphlets, microfiche publications, CD-ROMs and relevant web sites. Links to the libraries’ catalogue and to the Internet are included. All the sources listed are located in the Aotearoa New Zealand Centre, on Tuakiri | Identity, Level 2, Tūranga, although there may be borrowing copies of some items in other sections of the library.
