In response to customer feedback, we are changing the time automated email notices are sent out.
Holds and Overdue email notices are generated and sent out from 12.30 to 1.30am each morning. This has been a problem for some customers who have their email notifications switched on. We are trying a different time to send out email notices to see if this helps.
From Monday 17 June, we will send out emails at 7am. We have chosen this time as it should still allow customers to read their notices before they leave for work or school.
