Te Papatipu Matihiko is a charitable trust that is a collaboration between leading Māori organisations (Victory Up, Ngāti Gaming & Digital Natives Academy) working in the esports/digital tech education space. They’re committed to inspiring and empowering young people by illuminating pathways into digital and creative technology and will run programmes from New Brighton Library.
What does it mean for New Brighton Library?
- There are eight free PCs at New Brighton Library. All of these will be at the Pod outside the computer lab.
- We’ll make more layout changes through 2023, to allow more computers to be added back to the space.
- There’ll be no change to the size of the collection or other programmes offered at New Brighton Library
