Meeting rooms and bookable spaces
Bookings for the meeting rooms at the Fendalton Library and Service Centre are managed by the Community Governance Team. Please phone 03 941 5325 to make a booking. The meeting rooms are available for bookings Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. All three rooms have a screen for audiovisual display within the room.
The capacity of the rooms are:
- Boardroom – 40 people
- Meeting Room One – 20 people
- Meeting Room Two – 10 people

Ward and Community Board
Fendalton Library is in the Fendalton Ward.
Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board holds regular meetings that you’re welcome to attend. Anyone can ask to speak to the board about a local issue, activity or project. Find out more: Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board
Monthly Community Board meetings are held in the Boardroom at the Fendalton Library and Service Centre.
