School visits
Visits are available during school terms on Tuesday, Wednesdays or Thursdays, and reservations must be made at least two weeks before the visit. We work with school groups of up to 60 students. All sessions are free unless otherwise specified.
School and pre-school groups are also welcome to visit Tūranga independently.

Group visit bookings
If you have a group of 12 or more people, or have areas of special interest, we can arrange a visit hosted by library staff. A general tour of Tūranga lasts around 45 minutes. Due to the high level of interest, we require 10 days' notice for arranging tours. Tours will be scheduled on dates outside of school holidays.
